The 355 4K Ultra HD Review

The 355 is a movie that feels awfully familiar from beginning to end and although I can respect some of the action scenes and stunt work, there’s really not very much here that was entertaining with a thin plot and characters.

Avengers: Endgame Blu-ray Review

Although at its core I don’t think Avengers Endgame was as strong compared to Infinity War, the emotional aspects however more than made up for it, and the biggest impact was Robert Downey Jr.’s fantastic performance.

Avengers: Infinity War 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Review + BD Screen Caps

Review: The Martian – Extended Edition BD + Screen Caps

The Martian: Extended Edition is a well made sci-fi thriller but admittedly, I think the theatrical version is tighter though there are a couple nice additions to the Extended Cut while other scenes weren’t necessary. As for this Blu-ray release, which should’ve been the initial release anyway, it offers up amazing video/audio transfers and some extensive bonus material.

Gone Blu-ray Review

There are many reasons I should dislike, even hate, Gone from the simple story to the one-dimensional supporting characters, but there’s something about Amanda Seyfried that elevates this from forgettable made-for-television drivel to semi-forgettable, slightly entertaining, direct-to-video release. For sure, that’s not high praise but I think if you’re a fan of Seyfried’s, then it might be worth checking out, especially for a slow Saturday afternoon.
