Roxanne is a wonderfully breezy romantic-comedy that one can’t help but smile from beginning to end, mostly because of Steve Martin’s understated but still fulfilling performance alongside a nice supporting cast.
Avengers: Endgame Blu-ray Review
Although at its core I don’t think Avengers Endgame was as strong compared to Infinity War, the emotional aspects however more than made up for it, and the biggest impact was Robert Downey Jr.’s fantastic performance.

Cruising Blu-ray Review
Cruising is a pretty tough movie to sit through with some dark subject matter that I predict wouldn’t go over too well even today, even so, Al Pacino and Paul Sorvino both give strong performances.

I suppose it’s a good thing that I went into watching The Curse of La Llorona with zero expectations and even then, the movie couldn’t even measure up to that low standard.

Missing Link Blu-ray Review
Missing Link is a nice little stop-motion animated film with a standard but still entertaining story to go along with a nice voice cast which includes Hugh Jackman, Zoe Saldana and Zach Galifianakis; I would say this worth a rental.

The Doors 4K Ultra HD
The Doors might not be a great biopic if only because I personally am not a big fan of Oliver Stone (have enjoyed many of movies, however) or of Jim Morrison and his band (though enjoyed many of their songs), it is still worth checking out if you haven’t already, if only to watch the new “Final Cut” version.
Domino Blu-ray Review
Although I’d hesitate to say Domino is a terrible film, it is certainly not at all very good either and a complete misfire from the legendary filmmaker Brian De Palma who utilizes his usual visual style but with little effect.
Savage Beach Blu-ray Review
Savage Beach is kind of a run-of-the-mill low budget action movie and I do wonder if Sidaris knew he had a rather ho-hum picture so he upped the T&A quantity which is not nearly enough to make this entertaining.
Picasso Trigger Blu-ray Review
You pretty much know what you’re getting out of an Andy Sedaris movie and that’s plenty of T&A alongside a patched together plot with some fairly bad performances. That said, while Picasso Trigger had a few dull moments, there was some fun entertainment.
