Neither Schizoid or X-Ray are very good movies yet they’re at least watchable and even a bit of trashy fun at times, and probably better suited for group viewing for an “MST3K” style setting.

The Flag of Iron is the 29th film in the 88 Films line and features top-notch martial arts sequences and includes a new audio commentary. Available now for purchase on Amazon.com.
Silent Night is a dark drama-comedy featuring Keira Knightley, Matthew Goode, Annabelle Wallis and Lilly-Rose Depp and arrived on Blu-ray and DVD on March 8th.
Reform School Girls is a fun and entertaining 1980s sexploitation featuring some lovely women and decent enough acting all things considered, along with a wild, chaotic finale.
While An American Werewolf in London wasn’t quite the cult classic some feel it is, but it is quite entertaining experience with a good performance from David Naughton alongside some respectable make-up and special effects.

Vikings: The Complete Series arrives on Blu-ray and DVD from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment and includes all of the extras from the individual season releases and is out this past Tuesday, March 15th.

On the 3rd Day is a supernatural-horror film coming out of Argentina and stars Mariana Anghileri and Gerardo Romano. The Blu-ray is available from Shout Factory on March 29th.
The Godfather Trilogy is another (almost) great set from Paramount with a plethora of bonus features and excellent video and audio transfers. My only qualm is, like the DVD set, they’ve gone back to the cardboard digi-pak which means you’re SOL if any of them get damaged.
Shooter is a film that works with Mark Wahlberg’s strengths as an action hero and combined with the fine direction by Antoine Fuqua makes this worth checking out if you hadn’t already in the 15 years since the release.
The Great Caruso debuts on Blu-ray through the Warner Archive Collection program featuring a new 1080p transfer, a documentary and trailer.
The Matrix Resurrections is far from terrible and it’s not the worst amongst the sequels, but it can’t recapture the magic of the original, however I did like the movie whenever Reeves and Moss were onscreen together.

Alligator isn’t a half-bad movie with its cheesy moments and some respectable makeup effects, not to mention the charisma from Robert Forster in a lead role. Don’t know how much replay value it has, though it does provide a fun time.

Madman might not have been great and was a Friday the 13th knock-off but I can appreciate some parts and it’s not a complete waste of time, however the down moments were pretty boring, and bland characters..
