10 Minutes Gone is another poor direct-to-video movie but this one featured a slapped-together plot, stilted dialogue and phoned-in performances, especially from Bruce Willis.
This is a nice package put together by Mill Creek, especially if you’re a fan of Mindy Kaling’s style of humor, which I generally am.

Terminator: Dark Fate is probably the movie that should have been made 10+ years ago as on the whole, the story was adequate, if not fully fleshed out, and I did like this cast, and newcomer Natalia Reyes was pretty impressive.

Very Bad Things is one hell of a dark comedy and although I normally don’t care for that subgenre, I did laugh quite a few times and felt a tinsy-bit bad doing so. Also features a fun ensemble cast with Christian Slater easily being the standout.
Flesh-Eating Mothers is certainly a terrible and cheesy movie, yet it is in that so bad it’s good realm, and might be a crowd-pleaser to watch and mock with friends.
Black and Blue was a surprisingly solid corrupt-cop centric thriller from Deon Taylor, director behind Traffik, and features some strong performances by Naomi Harris, Frank Grillo and yes, even Tyrese Gibson.
Game of Thrones: The Complete Eighth Season is probably the lesser of the series and the storylines didn’t quite gel and did feel rushed at times, though still left satisfied for the most part.
Gemini Mann is an expensive gimmick movie and once you strip away the technological element, and try to ignore the distraction of the frame rate, the plot is something that could be straight out of an episode of Jack Ryan.
Primal may not be a fantastic thriller and the core plot is convoluted, but I did find some of this to be entertaining enough and it does seem like Nicolas Cage was actually trying rather than mailing it in for the paycheck.
Jexi isn’t a phenomenal comedy by any stretch and if you’re not a Adam Devine fan (and I do like him), not sure how much of this you’ll truly enjoy.
Body Parts is an entertaining little horror-thriller, a Frankenstein-like feature, starring the wonderfully underappreciated Jeff Fahey and the gore effects work for the time wasn’t half bad.
House by the Cemetery might have its merits and perhaps die-hard fans of Lucio Fulci may find it entertaining, but for myself it was more confusing and even tedious. However, this Limited Edition release by Blue Underground is very well done.

Maid in Manhattan is a harmless enough rom-com but not entirely memorable either, though I suppose Jennifer Lopez acquitted herself well enough, though Ralph Fiennes seemed completely wrong for the role.
The Courier actually is not a half bad movie. Flawed for sure with some questionable plot elements and poor dialogue, but it was solidly entertainin, mostly for some fun Oldman scenes and Olga Kurylenko carries herself as a kick ass action heroine.
