The Return of the Living Dead isn’t a favorite zombie film of mine but still is fairly entertaining with some respectable makeup effects. This 4K set released by Shout does have excellent video and adequate audio.

Doctor Death: Seeker of Souls comes to Blu-ray through Scorpion Reeleasing and features an audio commentary track, two interviews, an introduction and the trailer.
Ghoster is a complete rip-off of Casper but, compared to the 1995 feature film at least, lacked the charm that movie carried, not to mention a bit talent with Bill Pullman and Christina Ricci. The DVD was released on October 11.
The Great Caruso debuts on Blu-ray through the Warner Archive Collection program featuring a new 1080p transfer, a documentary and trailer.
The Time Traveler’s Wife: The Complete Series comes to DVD from Warner Bros. and the show stars Rose Leslie and Theo James, and includes several featurettes. Available October 18th.
Bitcon is a crime-drama from Mill Creek Entertainment and features Frank Whaley, Ella Ma, Noah Anderson, Jeremy Davies and Tom Cavanagh. This comes to DVD on October 18th.
I can respect Rob Zombie and his zest for the original 1960s series and while some elements weren’t terrible, namely the costumes, makeup and production design, the script (also by Zombie) and humor fell flat making for an arduous time to sit through.
Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on October 18 from Paramount and features the voice talents of Michael Cera, Ricky Gervais, Michelle Yeoh and Samuel L. Jackson.
