Ghostbusters: Afterlife is a satisfying third film (can even call this a trilogy) and while the fan service was just a tad much, I still enjoyed the film and there was enough there where it stands on its own.

Pretty in Pink may be one of John Hughes lesser films of the 1980s but still was an enjoyable flick propelled by Molly Ringwald’s wonderful performance.

This Ghostbusters two-film set is not perfect but it’s pretty close with a decent selection of bonus material, though the MST3K-style commentary is still only a DVD exclusive but the audio and video transfers for both films are great. Given the low SRP, this is a set worth picking up if only to have it in one package.
