Isn’t it Romantic might not be a great movie but for sure better than I expected, especially given Rebel Wilson actually displayed some charm and wasn’t at all obnoxious like she was in Pitch Perfect 3; this is probably worthy as a rental.

Review: The Lego Batman Movie 4K/BD + Screen Caps

The Lego® Batman Movie does have some funny moments and great scenes with inside jokes for any Batman fan out there. The downside is the plot is rather thin but the message is one that kids and adults could get something out of while the jokes do run a bit dry and the film could’ve been cut down.

Review: Ice Age: Collision Course UHD/BD + Screen Caps

Ice Age: Collision Course is one of the worst animated movies, professionally done anyway, I’ve ever come across. The animation itself was fine but the jokes were terrible and rarely landed and the story is haphazard and lazily done.

Review: The Intern BD + Screen Caps

The Intern has its problems for sure, specifically in the screenplay department where it is a half baked plot and gets sidetracked with semi-subplots that don’t amount to very much and are a bit too outlandish. That said, I did like the core cast, particularly Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway who made this far more entertaining than it really deserved.

Review: The Final Girls BD + Screen Caps

The Final Girls is one of the better surprises of 2015 with some clever writing, a fun plot device and some unexpectedly genuine moments with the mother-daughter storyline. The Blu-ray has a fair amount of features especially the two commentary tracks and the video and audio transfers are more than adequate for the genre.
