The Dead Zone: Collector’s Edition Blu-ray Review

The Dead Zone doesn’t quite enter into classic territory for me, but I did generally find it entertaining thanks to a charismatic enough performance from Christopher Walken who actually plays the lead fairly straight.

Top Gun 4K Steelbook Ultra HD Review

Top Gun is a wildly entertaining action-romance featuring the ever so charming Tom Cruise, surrounded by a solid supporting cast including McGinnis, Edwards and Kilmer, directed by the late Tony Scott.

Alien: 40th Anniversary 4K Ultra HD Review

Alien is of course a sci-fi/horror classic and obviously a cash cow for the studio with numerous re-releases on various formats and now it has come to 4K UHD and it does look excellent and ported over an already great lossless track.

The animation is dodgy, the voice acting is OK while the story is only suitable for very young audiences while adults may find it to be tedious.

Alien Anthology Blu-ray Review

After a long delay, I finally got the entire review done of this massive 6-disc Blu-ray set and I will admit, this is easily the best movie collection on Blu-ray that I’ve encountered as it not only ported over every feature from not only the 9-disc DVD set.
