DC Universe 10th Anniversary Collection BD

The DC Universe: 10th Anniversary Collection is an excellent release that even though some of the animated movies aren’t the best, having them in one place is nice. The only issue I have is, there is going to be more releases and given how physical media is going, not entirely sure there will be a volume 2 release, but who knows.

Annabelle: Creation BD + Screen Caps

Annabelle: Creation, in spite of its flaws, was a pleasant surprise considering the movie is a prequel of another prequel. The film fits in nicely with the two Conjuring films and might even get me to watch the first Annabelle, a movie I really didn’t care much for.

Innocent Blood BD + Screen Caps

Innocent Blood is an utterly cheesy but fun early 1990s vampire drama with an over-the-top performance from Robert Loggia and French actress Anne Parillaud is, ahem, well suited for the vampirella femme fatale central role.

Review: The Assignment BD + Screen Caps

The Assignment had an interesting premise and starts off well, if not weird, enough before devolving into familiar territory for the remainder of the film. On the plus side, Michelle Rodriguez isn’t bad once she’s rid of the hilariously bad fake beard and you can never have enough Sigourney Weaver in a movie.
