Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan: The Complete Series 4K Ultra HD Review

Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan finally gets the character due treatment, though I was entertained by the feature films, giving him time to develop over the five season run, and John Krasinski showcasing his action and dramatic chops.

A Quiet Place Part II 4K Ultra HD & Blu-ray Review

A Quiet Place Part II might not be as good as its predecessor but I still would say it’s worth a watch as there are some moments of suspense even when characters make questionable decisions.

A Quiet Place 4K Ultra HD Review (Mondo Steelbook)

A Quiet Place isn’t a standout movie on its own, but does have a few standout moments and a few good performances including John Krasinski really coming into his own, leaving behind his character from The Office behind.

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi 4K Ultra HD Review

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi is an even-keeled telling of the events of that night with minimal political undertones sticking with the actual attacks. The performances are all well done highlighted by James Badge Dale and John Krasinski.

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi Blu-ray Review

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi is an even-keeled telling of the events of that night with minimal political undertones sticking with the actual attacks than placing blame. The performances are all well done highlighted by James Badge Dale and, surprisingly, John Krasinski.

Monsters University 3D Blu-ray Review

Monsters University might be one of the weaker outings from Disney/Pixar since Cars, yet there’s enough here to make it an enjoyable experience for the entire family. The return of Billy Crystal and John Goodman is great, the animation is still absolutely amazing and the story is good even if it heavily borrows from other college films, although I suppose one could argue it was paying homage to those movies.
