The Lion King is one of the most lazily impressive movies and it’s yet another pointless live action remake that only solidifies Disney’s warpath to re-imagining their animated classics as it went well past the $1 billion mark.

Community is an entertaining show that for whatever reason I didn’t watched when it was on TV. But now with a Blu-ray release, it was a great experience catching up and although there are a few episodes that were merely okay, the bulk were utterly hilarious thanks to the sharp writing and its ensemble cast.

Solo: A Star Wars Story might be unnecessary and it’s also not all that memorable, yet it was entertaining enough for what it is and featured some fun action set-pieces and the performance from Ehrenreich.

The Martian: Extended Edition is a well made sci-fi thriller but admittedly, I think the theatrical version is tighter though there are a couple nice additions to the Extended Cut while other scenes weren’t necessary. As for this Blu-ray release, which should’ve been the initial release anyway, it offers up amazing video/audio transfers and some extensive bonus material.

The Lazarus Effect had some potential between a respectable cast who did a good job with what they were given and some nice production values, but the script came across as half assed and delved into horror clichés we’ve seen too many times before and done far better.
