The Triple Feature set is an okay release from Mill Creek and although I don’t like that no features were ported over from previous studio releases, as budget titles go, it’s worth picking up if only to get two out of the three in high-definition for the first time.

Wind Chill and Closure make their debuts on Blu-ray while Perfect Stranger was previously released on the format back in ’07. For the most part, these look decent enough in high-definition, colors are more on the darker side in keeping with the thriller genre but detail is sharp and I didn’t notice major instances of artifacting, aliasing or other significant flaws. |
AUDIO – 3.0/5 |
Closure is the only film to come with a lossless track (PCM 2.0) while Wind Chill and Perfect Stranger are standard Dolby Digital 5.1 tracks. None of them are particularly noteworthy but effective enough especially considering all three films are generally dialogue-driven. |
OVERALL – 3.0/5 |
Overall, the Triple Feature set is an okay release from Mill Creek and although I don’t like that no features were ported over from previous studio releases, as budget titles go, it’s worth picking up if only to get two out of the three in high-definition for the first time. |
