The Middle-Earth: Ultimate Collector’s Edition set is a nice looking collection and a unique packaging that looks good on a bookshelf. The new features are fine and all and glad all of the commentaries are there, but disappointing that none of the extensive supplements were ported over.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the date and released artwork for the Middle Earth: Ultimate Collector’s Edition on 4K Ultra HD which includes both the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit Trilogies.

The Lord of the Rings: The Motion Picture Trilogy 4K Ultra HD Review

The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is still an incredible feet all these years later and even though I have watched it more than few times, it holds up exceptionally well (side for a couple CGI moments that look off) with a wonderful ensemble cast.

Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III BD + Screen Caps

Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre is a so-so entry in the TCM franchise but considering how poor the others have been, even the second one which has garnered a fan base, it’s perhaps one of the better ones, though the scares are limited.

The Two Faces of January Blu-ray Review

The Two Faces of January has its moments between the performances by its three leads (highlighted by Oscar Isaac), beautiful cinematography taking full advantage of its on-location shoot and a genuine Hitchcock-esque vibe. However, the pacing is a bit off and the story could’ve used some more work, but all in all, I found it to be an enjoyable little film worth a rental fee.
