Star Trek: Short Treks I suppose is a decent bridge between seasons and if you’re a big fan of Star Trek: Discovery and its characters, these might be entertaining short episodes.

Pan’s Labyrinth 4K Ultra HD Review
Pan’s Labyrinth is an amazingly creative movie from filmmaker Guillermo del Toro and while I’m not totally in love with it, the visuals combined with a deeply tragic setting, the film does resonate.
Hellboy Animated: Sword of Storms/Blood & Iron 4K Ultra HD Review
With the Hellboy reboot coming out, Lionsgate tries one more time to capitalize on a franchise that didn’t do so well and also serving as an advert. In any case, I did enjoy both of these animated movies and really wish they had continued.

Review: The Bye Bye Man BD + Screen Caps
The Bye Bye Man is an all around bad movie that somehow got a theatrical distribution. The young cast isn’t particularly special, and Carrie-Anne Moss’s talents were underutilized, but get the most out of a bad script and a supernatural villain who was anything but scary.
