Possession had an interesting premise but not enough to stretch it into feature film length or at least provide some consistent story that was engaging rather than a bit on the dull side.
Scoob may not satisfy hard-core fans of this long-running franchise but I found it mildly entertaining and the CGI animation was pretty good and for the most part liked the voice casting.

Airplane remains one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen and has endured the test of time, though probably some jokes would not be looked favorably in today’s climate and a movie like this wouldn’t be allowed to be made today. Still, funny as hell.
Nathalie is a sleazy film for sure with horrible dubbing and a thin plot, yet still found it semi-tolerable with Patrizia Gori being easy on the eyes and at least Jacqueline Laurent was hilariously bad with her cackling.
You Don’t Nomi proves there’s a documentary on about just about any subject, and this one on Showgirls which has received a cult following over the years and apparently growing debate on its qualities.
Clueless is a timeless classic that even 25+ years later is still relevant today as it was then even when styles and lingo changes. The movie features some great performances especially from Silverstone.
Unintended is a nice indie drama featuring a few fine performances, especially Elizabeth Lail who popped up on my radar screen with the show Yes. Even with no real build up to some incredible dramatic moment, I still found this to be engaging enough.
Emma is a nice little Victorian-era drama and the latest Jane Austen adaptation. I don’t know how it compares with others but found this mostly entertaining and engaging due largely to Anya Taylor-Joy.
Kiss of the Vampire isn’t anything special within the vampire horror subgenre, but still thought it was a lot of fun with a simple story and even simpler characters.
Thir13en Ghosts isn’t a great supernatural horror-thriller though the titular ghosts at least had some interesting make-up effects, a few akin to something out of Hellraiser and the production design was rather good.
Romance on the High Seas is a fun, entertaining and sometimes charming romantic-comedy-musical with a star-making performance from Doris Day in her feature film debut.
