When Worlds Collide is an entertaining enough 1950s sci-fi disaster thriller that isn’t great and only scrapes at the human element and the end of the world, however it’s a short watch and the performances weren’t half bad for what it is.

The Incredible Melting Man gets the 4K Ultra HD (and Blu-ray) treatment from Vinegar Syndrome. This release of the 1977 cult classic includes an archive commentary and new interviews, and comes out September 27th.

Hudson Hawk isn’t as bad of a movie as it’s been made to be, but certainly not great by any stretch as some of the humor, not to mention the overcomplicated story, doesn’t always work.
Terror Squad debuts on Blu-ray through Kino Lorber and includes an interview with actor Kavi Raz and the theatrical trailer.
Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris arrives on Blu-ray and DVD from Universal Pictures and stars Lesley Manville, Isabelle Huppert, Lambert Wilson and Jason Isaacs.
Bullet Proof might’ve been fun if Vinnie Jones, whose name and face are prominent on the front cover, was actually in the lead but instead he’s the villain and likely filmed is scenes in a few days.
Albeit the true story is interesting, and I say this having not seen Thirteen Lives, I’m just not sure there’s enough to make for a feature film and what we get with Cave Rescue was actually pretty lackluster and ultra thin on character development.
Murder at Yellowstone City arrives on Blu-ray and DVD from RLJE Films and stars Gabriel Byrne, Thomas Jane, Nat Wolff and Richard Dreyfuss.

Hot Seat is just another throwaway direct-to-video flick that features Mel Gibson in a supporting role with Kevin Dillon joining the ranks of actors to star in these shelf-filler films.
A Fugitive From the Past debuts on Blu-ray tArrow Video program featuring a new 1080p transfer and several scene-specific commentary tracks. This is available on September 27th.
Aside from my issue with plot, Blow Out is a film that should be seen along with Coppola’s similarly themed The Conversation starring Gene Hackman which came out in 1974, 7 years earlier.

Paradise Road is a movie that has a powerful message and honestly isn’t a bad film with fine performances but in the end never quite makes the impact it was intending and instead was on the forgettable side.
Cool World was an interesting concept and had some fun visuals but the characters were as thinly developed and the story felt sloppy, if not also uninteresting. Had potential but the end result was a mess and not a surprise why I never bothered to re-watch since its release.
