Two Men in Town comes to Blu-ray from Kino Lorber, presented in the original 2.35 widescreen aspect ratio. The 1080p high-definition transfer look pretty good on the whole, detail is well defined on both the more distant and close-up shots while colors are geared toward the natural tones given the New Mexico setting. The disc comes with a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track which shows off clear dialogue mostly coming from the center channel and there was good directional audio as well, such as when Whitaker rides on his motorcycle. Nothing extraordinary but for a drama, it’s above average. |
