Working Girls reveals the textures of a day in the life of Molly (LOUISE SMITH), a photographer working part-time in a Manhattan brothel, as she juggles a steady stream of clients, balances relationships with her coworkers with the demands of an ambitious madam (ELLEN MCELDUFF), and above all fights to maintain her sense of self in a business in which the line between the personal and the professional is all too easily blurred. |

| Working Girl is presented in its original 1.66 widescreen aspect ratio and given a new 1080p high-definition transfer, which was created in 4K resolution from the 16 mm A/B original camera negative. The picture was restored by The Criterion Collection and the UCLA Film & Television Archive along with the Sundance Institution. The video looks really pristine, clean and free of any hints of artifacts, aliasing, specs or dirt. The natural film grain and noise is abundant and gives the transfer some great texture. |

| The disc comes with a PCM monaural track which was taken from the original magnetic tracks. The vast majority of this film is strictly dialogue and some ambient noises. The dialogue does come across with good clarity and no signs of pops, hisses or other flaws. |
