The first Grown Ups movie wasn’t anything special but it did provide a few laughs and a relatively coherent plot, Grown Ups 2 on the other hand has no real plot to speak of but worst of all, there’s no real laughs and seeing this cast back together is hardly enough to hold the film together. I’m not sure where the old Adam Sandler went but based on his recent track record, I’m afraid he’s gone for good

Much like the “DreamWorks Spooky Stories” released a few weeks back, this Holiday collection is great for the entire family. It’s especially cool to get the main actors to reprise their roles for the animated shorts while the animation looks amazing. The audio/video transfers are great and a fine upgrade over the DVD versions. It’s light on features but if you can snag this for under $10, then it would be worth it.

Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted is a fun, light-hearted, comedy-adventure flick that both parents and kids will enjoy. The Blu-ray combo set has a fine set of features to keep one busy for a couple of hours and excellent audio/video transfers. This is a no-brainer and blind-buy if you haven’t seen it, purchase especially if you already own the first two movies.

This Lethal Weapon Collection is a must for any fan. The picture and audio transfers for each film, while vary in terms of quality, are far better than their DVD counterparts. The features are also well done including four new featurettes totaling 105-minutes giving insights into the entire franchise with new interviews with members of the cast and crew.
