Creepshow: Season 1 Blu-ray Review

Creepshow: Season 1 is a fun anthology series and as someone who prefers the more episodic shows, this one I found pretty entertaining even if some segments weren’t always top-notch, though the season does boast a respectable cast.

Jigsaw BD + Screen Caps

Jigsaw is an okay enough entry/soft reboot to the enduring franchise and while there wasn’t anything all that memorable, I can’t say I hated it and at the very least they balanced the thriller aspects that made the original so great with the blood and gore horror fans love.

Dark House Blu-ray Review

Dark Horse is the latest in a long line of forgettable direct-to-video horror movies. The acting isn’t very good and the story not well developed. Not even the reliable Tobin Bell, outside of the laugh-induced hair that rivals Lundgren’s in Enemies Closer, can help turn this around.

Saw 3D: The Final Chapter 3D Blu-ray Review

I’ve stuck with the Saw series since the start, and really enjoyed the ending (even though it provides little closure and sets up more films in the series). Fans will love to see how it all ends, even if it really is the end.
