Fury isn’t the best war drama around, not even in the top 5, but it’s still well made and features a great cast, with Brad Pitt delivering a fine performance (one of his best in some time), that elevates the writing while Ayer’s direction keeps the pacing just right.

“Game of Thrones”: The Complete Third Season is once more great culminating in one of the more memorable episodes in television history whether or not you’re a fan of George R.R. Martin’s novels (never read them myself). Now, as far as this “Limited Edition” release is concerned, it’s a tough call on the worthiness of a double dip; unless you can unload your current set.

The Last Witch Hunter is a misfire on all fronts save perhaps for the passion I’m sure Vin Diesel (who also served as executive producer) had. But despite his good intentions, the script is a mess and could’ve used fresh blood. I’m confident this is the type of movie that in year’s time will air on SyFy or USA Network.
Honeymoon, while hardly perfect with some questionable plot details, is a good little indie horror-science fiction flick well worth at least a rental as it features two fine performances and direction by a new filmmaker who hopefully gets the chance in the future.
