Aladdin (1992) Blu-ray Review

The Aladdin: Signature Collection Blu-ray is virtually the same from the Diamond Edition from four years ago, though this is a nice set if you don’t already own that version as the video and audio transfers are both excellent and the bonus material were at least fine.

Review: Aladdin: Diamond Edition BD + Screen Caps

Disney has hit another home run with their “Diamond” series and finally another classic, Aladdin, has found its way into the high-definition world. This release offers excellent video and audio transfers and includes a fair amount of bonus material, some made for this release including Genie outtakes with Robin Williams, as well as porting over the previous releases features.

Review: Richard Pryor: Omit the Logic BD + Screen Caps

Richard Pryor was one of a kind who rarely compromised his standards, not giving a lick about offending others and also revolutionized stand-up comedy and has influenced so many over the years and till this day. The documentary itself is well done if not low key in its approach nicely weaving archival footage with new interviews (including the late Robin Williams) with a variety of comedians and show biz folks who knew and worked with Pryor.
