Longmire was a nice western-drama featuring some fine performances, most notably stars Robert Taylor and Katee Sackoff, both consistently delivering quality work throughout the series’ six seasons.

Review: Sky DVD
Sky is a nice little character drama featuring solid performances by Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus who gets to show a slightly different side compared to his character on The Walking Dead.
Review: The 33 BD + Screen Caps
While The 33 certainly tells a compelling story, this film adaptation of it is a bit too paint-by-numbers and doesn’t come close to living up to the actual news coverage which from my recollection was nearly 24/7.
Supernova Blu-ray Review
Supernova is somewhat of a controversial sci-fi thriller, some who stand by it while others trash it; for myself, there is some good to the film yet it never quite hits its stride and kind of loses its way by the final act. That said, it’s worth a watch if only for curiosity’s sake (plus Tunney looks mighty good).
La Bamba Blu-ray Review
La Bamba is a well made and all around good biographic drama headlined by a great performance from Lou Diamond Phillips marking his first major role, and only third film, playing Valens whose career was cut short before it could really begin.
