Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City arrives on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD 2/08

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced the date and released artwork for a reboot of the Resident Evil franchise starring Kaya Scodelario, Hannah John-Kamen with Donal Logue and Neal McDonough. It arrives on 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD on February 8th.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Review

Unlike the recently released Transformers: The Last Knight, which was a dull movie in itself, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales was at least passably boring and was mercifully only two hours long. But like Transformers, this franchise just needs to come to a close as neither is very creative or, worse yet, entertaining.

Review: Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials BD + Screen Caps

It’s understandable why fans of the novels hate The Scorch Trials adaptation but as someone who isn’t attached to the books in any way, I found it acceptable and entertaining enough. Sure, the film does have its problems especially with the pacing and bloated story taking it over the two hour mark, yet at the same time I don’t regret seeing it.
