Review: The Rounders BD + Screen Caps

The Rounders is a fun little Western romp starring the two veteran actors, Glenn Ford and Henry Fonda. The Blu-ray released through Warner’s Archive Collection is limited in the features department (only a trailer) but the video and audio transfers are both well done.

The Boston Strangler is a well done, if not methodical, crime-suspense-drama featuring a plethora of fine performances from the likes of Henry Fonda and George Kennedy, but the standout is Tony Curtis playing against type as the murderous Albert DeSalvo.

20th Century Fox Studio Classics Blu-ray Review

This round 20th Century Fox Studio Classics releases gives a wide range of movies for any fan of the era going from the 1930s to the 1960s. Each movie provides excellent video and audio transfers and although the features are limited, those with commentary tracks are well worth listening to.
