Ambulance had a simple plot but this being directed by Michael Bay, he makes it far longer than it needed to be, stretching it past two hours and making it less than riveting, not helped by the choppy editing and nausea-inducing drone shots.

Braven BD + Screen Caps

Braven was a surprisingly well made, save for a few eye-rolling moments, suspense-thriller with some solid performances from two bad-asses with Jason Momoa and Stephen Lang as they do battle against low-level drug smugglers. Well worth a rental.

The Scribbler Blu-ray Review

Somewhere in there, The Scribbler is a good concept but poorly executed from both the direction and screenplay, though at the very least Katie Cassidy does well in the title role while the supporting cast, as impressive as they might be, were either miscast or, in the case of Gina Gershon, vastly underutilized.
