Killing Gunther might’ve made for a fun enough short film but in feature length form it stretches the joke out too far and even Schwarzenegger’s scenes can’t save it.
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back wasn’t quite an ill-advised sequel but it certainly was unnecessary. As someone who hasn’t read a single Lee Child novel, I never had a problem with Cruise’s casting but here this was a forgettable action-thriller that is worth a rental but nothing more.

Results is a quirky if not uneven romantic comedy with a couple fine performances, particularly Kevin Corrigan and Guy Pearce. The writing isn’t the best and by the end I can’t say it’s very memorable either way. The Blu-ray released by Magnolia is basic with slim bonus material and good video/audio transfers.
