Ringu is a wonderfully atmospheric supernatural horror film that I wonder if anyone used to modern horror has the patience to sit through as most of the movie has two characters doing research instead of an evil girl cursing victims.

While An American Werewolf in London wasn’t quite the cult classic some feel it is, but it is quite entertaining experience with a good performance from David Naughton alongside some respectable make-up and special effects.

Hellbound: Hellraiser II is a lesser movie than its predecessor for sure, but still was just enough bonkers to make it rather entertaining, though we only get a slight glimpse into the origins of the Cenobites.
Weird Science might be a lesser movie from the great John Hughes filmography but that’s hardly a slight against the film as it does have some great heart at its core alongside a great cast.

The Iguana with the Tongue of Fire is a middling, even confusing, giallo horror film that doesn’t have a whole lot going for it, outside perhaps the unique filming locations in Ireland.

The Sister Street Fighter Collection is a decent collection of the “spin-off” series and excels thanks to the performance, mostly physical, from Etsubo Shihomi, although the storylines are generally interchangeable.

Strip Nude for Your Killer was if anything dull and not very engaging, though at least lead actress Edwige Fenech was a lot of fun. It has its moments, however and might be worth taking a chance, just know you’re not getting classic giallo.
