PLOT SYNOPSIS |
| Allison (FLORENCE PUGH) is a young woman with a wonderful fiancé, a blossoming career, and supportive family and friends. However, her world crumbles in the blink of an eye when she survives an unimaginable tragedy, emerging from recovery with an opioid addiction and unresolved grief. In the following years, she forms an unlikely friendship with her would-be father-in-law (MORGAN FREEMAN) that gives her a fighting chance to put her life back together and move forward. |

A Good Person comes to Blu-ray with a 1080p high-definition transfer and shown in its original 2.39 widescreen aspect ratio. This is overall a pleasant looking picture with sharp detail and colors nicely balanced. The included DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track is more than adequate showing off strong dialogue levels coming from the center channel. There is some decent depth for ambient noises from the front and rear speakers, but being a drama (and the central accident happening off-screen), this is center heavy. |
