NCIS: Los Angeles: Season 10 is still a solid series, though the usage of some deep conspiracies, mainly the disappearance of Hetty, in any case, I do like this ensemble cast and the dynamics between one another.

THE SEASON

The action and suspense get ramped up as Special Agents “G” Callen (CHRIS O’DONNELL), Sam Hanna (LL COOL J) and their elite team of operatives. Big changes and bigger risks are on deck for L.A.’s homeland heroes as Special Agent Kensi Blye (DANIELA RUAH) and LAPD liaison Marty Deeks (ERIC CHRISTIAN OLSEN) tie the knot at long last, tech geniuses Eric (BARRETT FOA) and Nell (RENÉE FELICE SMITH) contemplate their professional and personal futures, and Hetty’s (LINDA HUNT) mysterious disappearance comes to an end.

SPECIAL FEATURES – 3.25/5

This release comes with a slip cover. Features include From This Day Forward, Hang Ten: A Look at Season 10, The Resolving Door and Admiring Our Heroes featurettes and some Deleted/Extended Scenes on select episodes. Also, for whatever reason, you can watch the pilot episodes for Star Trek: Discovery and SEAL Team.

VIDEO – 4.0/5, AUDIO – 3.75/5

The season is shown with a 16×9 enhanced 1.78 widescreen aspect ratio which probably looks on par with how it aired on television and the bright, cheerful Los Angeles shines bright while the included Dolby Digital 5.1 track outputs clear dialogue through the center channel and the depth isn’t anything exceptional.

OVERALL – 3.5/5

NCIS: Los Angeles: Season 10 is still a solid series, though the usage of some deep conspiracies, mainly the disappearance of Hetty, as actress Linda Hunt apparently had to take a break due to an accident. In any case, I do like this ensemble cast and the dynamics between one another and for that reason it is an entertaining show even in its tenth season.
