I Spit on Your Grave III: Vengeance is Mine Blu-Ray Review

Technically speaking, I Spit On Your Grave 3 is probably a better movie than its predecessors and I’ll give the filmmakers some credit for trying something different, going away from the formula; yet at the same time it makes for a pretty bland flick and the only highlight is certainly not with the writing but the performance from Sarah Butler wasn’t half bad.

Review: The Stranger Within DVD

The Stranger Within is not the worst movie I’ve seen this year, but it’s still really bland. The story is all over the place and the acting isn’t anything special, though special credit to Estella Warren for being able to keep a straight face. This is something I’d expect to air on the Lifetime Channel but that might be an insult to Lifetime as some of their movies are at least acceptable entertainment; this one is merely forgettable.

I Spit on Your Grave (2010) Blu-ray Review

This version of I Spit on Your Grave I felt was a little better than the original if only because the cast was far and away a step up though mainly because of a cultural and era difference. As far as exploitation movies go, for which I have said am not a big fan of, this is an OK movie that will certainly meet the approval of fans of the original.
