John Wick: Chapter 4 isn’t the strongest entry in the series but still highly entertaining if not a bit on the lengthy side. Keanu Reeves is still in his element as are the stunts and action scenes under Chad Stahelski’s direction.

Godzilla vs. Kong 4K Ultra HD & Blu-ray Review

Godzilla vs. Kong is a fun-filled entertaining action-monster schlock of a film. The effects work is well done and the story is good enough with the human elements thankfully taking a backseat to the two monsters.

Angel Has Fallen 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Review

Angel Has Fallen is pretty much in-line with the first two movies, meaning they’re fine time-wasters but not top-of-the-line action-thrillers and it is on the predictable side. Still, thanks to Gerard Butler and the indispensible Morgan Freeman, it still was an entertaining thriller.

Monster Party Blu-ray Review

Monster Party had a great premise about a group of “recovering” serial killers but that idea doesn’t equate to an all that interesting movie, unfortunately despite some fine moments that aren’t exploited.

Review: Search Party BD + Screen Caps

Search Party may not be awful of epic proportions but it does come across as bottom of the drawer from writer/director Scot Armstrong, recycling much of his material from Road Trip and The Hangover Part II. Problem is, there’s not many, or at least consistent, laughs and is utterly forgettable.
