PLOT SYNOPSIS |
Michel Galabru is Albert. He’s old, bored, batty and unemployed…but brilliant with computers. Albert embarks on a mission to get rid of the people he hates most—the televised kind—and invents a way to kill TV announcers, on air, from the comfort of his own home. Police are baffled, but Richard Bushranger as Inspector Romain Pascot dedicates himself to the chase. |

VIDEO – 4¾/5 |
Kino Lorber releases Kamikaze onto Blu-ray presented in the original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. Detail on this is sharp throughout and colors well balanced with brightness in some scenes while black levels in others are stark without appearing crushed. |
AUDIO – 3¾/5 |
The disc has a French language DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track which provides for clear dialogue coming from the center channel and a good amount of depth making up the front and rear speakers quite evenly between them. |
