SEASON SYNOPSIS

Where do science end and the supernatural begin? That’s the mysterious – and dangerous – line explored by skeptical psychologist Kristen Bouchard (KATJA HERBERS) when she teams up with priest-in-training David Acosta (MIKE COLTER) to explore the evil humanity is capable of. Together, they dive into the Catholic Church’s files of occult phenomena to bring them to rational conclusions…or attempt to. Angel sightings, demonic possessions, prophecies and conspiracies will test their faiths and push them to their limits as they learn that the world’s darkness may run deeper than they ever thought possible.

SPECIAL FEATURES – 2.5/5

This 3-disc set comes housed in a standard DVD case with a glossy slip cover which shows off fingerprints… Features include Evil: Season One: Genesis and Does Evil Exist? featurettes and some Deleted/Extended Scenes on select episodes.

VIDEO – 4.0/5, AUDIO – 4.25/5

Evil: Season One is presented with a 16×9 enhanced 1.78 widescreen aspect ratio which looks pretty good for such a dark looking show, in keeping with the topic of the series. Each episode comes with a standard but still strong Dolby Digital 5.1 track as well as an optional 2.0 track.
