Warner Bros. releases Edge of Darkness onto Blu-ray presented with a full frame 1.37 aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer which was taken from the “best preservation elements” (per the press release). The picture here looks quite good, not great by the Archive Collection standards anyway, but still well done. Detail is still relatively sharp and the black and white arrangement has a nice balance to it with the natural film grain still present.

The movie comes with a DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono track. While there was some minor hissing or noise, generally this was a decent lossless track with dialogue and score coming across with clarity.
