As Leona and husband, Bill (MICHAEL ONTKEAN), grow apart and divorce, Clara and David become closer. Clara helps draw troubled David out of his shell, bringing him into the local reggae scene. As they bond, Clara gains the courage to confront her troubled past.

VIDEO – 4.0/5, AUDIO – 4.25/5

Warner Bros. releases Clara’s Heart onto Blu-ray through their Archive program. The film is presented in its original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio and given a new 1080p high-definition transfer. The picture here looks quite good, detail on the close-ups was fairly sharp and nicely defined while some of the more distant shots was a bit murkier. However, colors are well balanced and natural in appearance.

The disc comes with a standard but fairly nice DTS-HD Master Audio Stereo track which was more than serviceable for a strictly dramatic movie, with the majority of it being dialogue with some modest depth that comes through with good clarity.
