Baby Doll debuts on Blu-ray through the Warner Archive Collection, given a new 1080p high-definition transfer and shown in its original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio. The black and white presentation looks fantastic, detail especially on close-ups is incredibly sharp and well defined, with a slight loss for some of the more distant shots. That said, there were no obvious signs of film damage like scratches or dirt.

The disc comes with a basic DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono track showing off clear dialogue and some minor singular depth for scenes within the town or inside the plantation building as work is being done.  There is some minor hissing but it’s minimal. Nothing incredible but for a film of its age, not half bad.
