oddly paced and ones patience could be tested, Genius is a movie that excels more on the cast than the actual story. Jude Law is fine as Wolfe though the highlight is Colin Firth.

OVERALL – 3.0/5

Overall, oddly paced and ones patience could be tested, Genius is a movie that excels more on the cast than the actual story. Jude Law is fine as Wolfe though the highlight is Colin Firth and even a small appearance by Guy Pearce as F. Scott Fitzgerald; it’s just a shame this didn’t get a wider distribution. The DVD released through Lionsgate offers fine video/audio transfers and a couple featurettes.
