Twenty years earlier he was arrested for several gruesome murders, but was released due to insufficient evidence. The detective in charge of the case killed himself in despair. Now the detective\u2019s son (CHRIS COY) is in town, with a few secrets of his own. Is he seeking revenge or hoping to learn at the feet of the master?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quick Hit Review:<br \/>\n<em>The Barber<\/em><\/strong> isn\u2019t the best written suspense thriller nor is particularly engaging dragging in some spots but the acting isn\u2019t altogether bad from Chris Coy to Kristen Hager and even Olivia Taylor Dudley (upcoming <em>The Vatican Tapes<\/em>) but the biggest reason <strong><em>The Barber<\/em><\/strong> even works is because of Scott Glenn proving he\u2019s still one hell of an actor and it\u2019s refreshing to see him in a leading role. The colors are fairly bright and details are well defined with no discernible artifacts or aliasing, however I did notice some banding during some transitions.
