When presented with a treasure map by the mysterious Patricia (MELODY ANDERSON), Max and Leo imagine fame and fortune is within their grasp. The detail levels throughout are nice though some of the nighttime shots do show heavy amounts of grain and noise. However, colors don\u2019t look altogether bad and outside of the noise, it appears to be a clean enough transfer with no obvious signs of artifacts and\/or dust marks\/scratches.<br \/>\n<a name=\"audio\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>AUDIO \u2013 3.75\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The movie comes with a standard but effective DTS-HD Master Audio Stereo track. This isn\u2019t an overly impressive lossless track or anything but it gets the job done with clear enough dialogue levels while the more action-oriented scenes unsurprisingly do not have the depth given the limited channels. Still, for a movie nearing 30 years old, it\u2019s not half bad just don\u2019t expect to be blown away by it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><br \/>\n<a name=\"overall\"><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/sfnvzyA.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"border-screencapture aligncenter\" title=\"Firewalker\" src=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/sfnvzyA.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OVERALL \u2013 2.5\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Overall, <strong><em>Firewalker<\/em><\/strong> is by no means a great action-adventure and being released in the mid-80s tried to tap into the same crowd as <em>Indiana Jones<\/em> but with a weaker script and less charismatic main character (no offense to Norris, but he doesn\u2019t hold a candle to Ford), that said, it\u2019s a harmless flick that the family can enjoy and might be worth a one-off viewing.
