THE MOVIE<\/strong> \u2013 3.0\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Wherever there is chaos and destruction, you will find Superman\u2019s mixed-up clone, Bizarro, who hears the opposite of what is said, says the opposite of what he means and does the opposite of what is right. The Man of Steel decides it\u2019s time to find a new home for him…on another planet, Bizarro World!<\/p>\n

On Earth, Superman and the Justice League go about the usual business of stopping bad guys. But when Bizarro World is threatened with destruction by the galactic tyrant Darkseid, Bizarro returns to Earth and clones the Justice League to create more \u201cheroes\u201d like himself the Bizarro League is born!<\/p>\n

From Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Cyborg, backward clones are spawned called Batzarro, Bizarra, Greenzarro and Cyzarro. It\u2019s up to the Justice League to team up with their bizarre counterparts to stop Darkseid and save the galaxy!<\/p>\n

Quick Hit Review: <\/strong>These LEGO direct-to-video releases are fine filler in between their theatrical releases, the next supposedly being LEGO Batman<\/em> followed up The LEGO Movie 2<\/em>. It\u2019s nothing phenomenal but the animation is nice and there\u2019s just enough humor to make it at least entertaining. It\u2019s also an animated short that younger viewers will enjoy.<\/p>\n

SPECIAL FEATURES \u2013 2.0\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As with these other LEGO movies\/specials, the 2-disc set comes in a regular Blu-ray case which itself is tucked inside a box which has a special \u201climited edition\u201d LEGO figurine, Batzarro. Inside the case is a redemption code for the Digital Copy<\/span><\/strong> and a standard DVD Copy<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Me Am Bizarro! The League of Opposites (10:14; HD)<\/span><\/strong> is a behind-the-scenes featurette on the Bizarro character and his background in the comic book and the story in Justice League vs. Bizarro League<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

LEGO DC Comic Super Heroes: Batman Be-Leaguered TV Special (23:32; HD)<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 This is an extra bonus special with a story centered on Batman as he and the members of Justice League search the Earth for Superman who is being held captive.<\/p>\n

Be-Leaguered Bloopers (2:24; HD)<\/span><\/strong> are some animator created gags.<\/p>\n

VIDEO \u2013 4.25\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n

LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League vs. Bizarro League<\/em><\/strong> jumps onto Blu-ray with a 1.78 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. Colors are bright and detail, by animation standards, especially close-ups where you can see the texture and edges of each LEGO pice, are sharp and I didn\u2019t notice any major instances of aliasing.

AUDIO \u2013 3.25\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track is satisfactory but hardly amazing. There\u2019s really nothing dynamic from this lossless track from the action scenes, which is evenly distributed from the center and front channels, but is generally flat rather than having any depth. Dialogue levels though do sound fine as does the generically created music.<\/p>\n
