PLOT SUMMARY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

When the \u201cRising Dark Agency,\u201d a black ops division of the government headed by Colonel Haggerd (MICHAEL IRONSIDE), suspects that a sudden surge of supernatural activity and violent attacks on Earth are the world of an evil Demon-God capable of destroying worlds, it must call upon the services of super soldier Summer Vale (BRIGITTE KINGSLEY) to solve the mystery and prevent the coming apocalypse. But no one is prepared for who and what they find behind these attacks. When the Dark Rises… bring out the big guns!<\/p>\n

The 16z9 enhanced transfer isn\u2019t anything phenomenal where some scenes, especially those shot outdoors, tend to be blown out while interior shots are a tad better with a decent color array.<\/p>\n

The Dolby Digital 5.1 track is fairly strong but not necessarily in a good way. Dialogue levels top out at times and the action scenes are really heavy but don\u2019t offer much depth, just loudness.
