This one is a bit tricky to judge. First, there\u2019s little doubt that this is a solid upgrade over its DVD counterpart, and while the detail levels are quite good, there is a fair amount of grain that, unlike others I\u2019ve seen, don\u2019t exactly look natural. Even so, colors do seem well balanced, the black levels are excellent and I noticed no instances of artifacting, dust marks or scratches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>AUDIO \u2013 4.25\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The disc includes a standard 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio provides some crisp and clear dialogue levels while the more action-oriented elements has relative intensity for an animated feature.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>OVERALL \u2013 2.5\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Overall, <b><i>Tad: The Lost Explorer<\/i><\/b> is a harmless animated adventure the entire family can enjoy and the animation itself is fairly impressive especially for a studio outside of the big three or four (i.e. Disney, Fox, DreamWorks).
