Plot Outline: <\/b>It\u2019s Christmas Eve in Normal, Alaska, and not a flake of snow has fallen yet. The film is presented with a 1.78 aspect ratio and surprisingly, this is a stunningly good-looking film with excellent detail levels, crisp and clear picture with a modest amount of noise that only adds to the quality.

AUDIO \u2013 4.0\/5<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Dolby TrueHD 5.1 track included is more than effective for this type of movie. There\u2019s a fair amount of action allowing the surrounds to come to life including the LFE channel which kicks on if only minimally. Dialogue levels also sound nice and clear primarily from the center speaker.<\/p>\n

Overall, Snowmageddon<\/i><\/b> is your typical SyFy Original Movie with average visual effects (showing how far the industry has come), a lame story and shoddy acting. Even so, the movie isn\u2019t terrible and might be fun for some, though I won\u2019t be revisiting it any time soon. The Blu-ray doesn\u2019t come with any features but the video and audio transfers are quite good especially considering the source.<\/p>\n
