The Ballad of Little Jo<\/em><\/strong> was released by Kino Lorber and presented in the original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio. The transfer here was taken from a 4K scan of the 35mm original camera negative and, for what\u2019s it\u2019s worth, supervised and approved by Director Maggie Greenwald and Cinematographer Declan Quinn. As is it, this is a fine looking picture, detail was sharp and well defined throughout and while colors are tamped down with the Western setting which is on the more natural elements.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The movie includes a DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 track that provides for clear dialogue and some decent enough depth for a track like this and a movie going on 30 years old. Nothing amazing but still the track is clean free of pops and hisses.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
