Plot Synopsis: <\/strong>After stealing millions in cash from mob boss Temple (VINNIE JONES), a thief (JAMES C. CLAYTON) finds a stowaway in his getaway car \u2014 Temple\u2019s pregnant wife, Mia (LINA LECOMPTE). Desperate to reclaim his cash \u2013 and his unborn son \u2013 Temple sends out a squad of hit men and bounty hunters to bring in Mia and the thief.<\/p>\n

Quick Hit Review: <\/strong>For anyone wanting to see bad ass Vinnie Jones headline a revenge thriller… look elsewhere. Despite him being prominently advertised on the front cover, he\u2019s in fact the villain and even then only has about 10-15 minutes of screen time. Instead the movie stars James C. Clayton, an actor with only minor roles in the past, and here also serves as the director and co-story writer.<\/p>\n

As it is, this isn\u2019t a terrible film and somewhat competently directed however the script is weak and acting average at best. I would say this is fine as a rental but don\u2019t expect very much out of Jones while Clayton didn\u2019t have enough charm to be the lead though he\u2019s alright all things considered.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Bullet Proof<\/em><\/strong> fires on all cylinders to Blu-ray, presented with a 2.00 widescreen aspect ratio and a 1080p high-definition transfer. For the most part the picture here looks satisfactory, detail on close-ups was generally sharp and well defined and colors appear nicely balanced. There were no signs of artifacts or banding and does have that clean appearance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The included DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track comes to life with the various chase sequences while also offering up clear dialogue coming out of the center channel with some decent enough depth making up the rear speakers. Nothing incredible but on par with these modestly budgeted direct-to-video features.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Besides that, this is one of those forgettable action-thrillers.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
