It\u2019s 1850, and new rabbi Avram Bellinski (GENE WILDER) sets out from Philadelphia toward San Francisco. Cowpoke bandit Tom Lillard (HARRISON FORD) hasn\u2019t seen a rabbi before. Warner Bros. releases The Frisco Kid<\/em><\/strong> onto Blu-ray through the Warner Archive Collection and is presented in the original 1.85 widescreen aspect ratio and a new 1080p high-definition transfer. For the most part the picture here looks fine, albeit not exactly extraordinary. Detail on this was decent but not overly sharp while colors are balanced geared more toward natural tones and outside of maybe a few minor specs, this is fairly clean.<\/p>\n

The included DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono track outputs clear dialogue and there is some modest depth for a singular track during a few scenes, along with ambient noises like side action or when Wilder and Ford are traveling through the Wild West.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
