Dirty O\u2019Neill is a small-town policeman with a big-time libido. On the rare occasions when his pants are on, he patrols the neighborhood and coaches the girls\u2019 basketball team. But when three nasty hoodlums appear in his peaceful California town, Dirty wastes no time dispensing justice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quick Hit Review: <em>Dirty O\u2019Neil<\/em><\/strong> seems like the ideal 1970s era exploitation film and while there\u2019s some fun elements here and there, the darker aspects are difficult to sit through and the first 20-minutes are a chore that seems to the follow the day in the life of Officer Jimmy O\u2019Neil who, for some reason, is a ladies\u2019 man despite not really having a whole lot of charm or charisma, though Morgan Paull doesn\u2019t have a whole lot to work with given the dialogue. He\u2019s no James Bond in other words. Although there is plenty of dust marks and specs that I did notice while watching, it\u2019s still a fairly good looking picture considering what I assume was a low budget and came out almost 50 years ago. But colors are fairly well balanced and this probably looked better than it has ever had before.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"*\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moviemansguide.com\/images\/main\/bar_blue.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"3\" \/><\/p>\n<table id=\"review-content\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>AUDIO \u2013 3\u00be\/5<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td id=\"review-content2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Similarly, the DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Mono track is good, dialogue coming through the center speaker with good enough clarity although there is some minor hissing here and there.
