Warner Bros. releases Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House<\/em><\/strong> onto Blu-ray via their Archive Collection and as with most of these, this received a new 1080p high-definition transfer. The movie is presented in the original 1.37 full frame aspect ratio and mostly looks great. Outside a couple of shots, the detail is incredibly sharp and the black and white presentation has good balance between the light and dark elements. In addition, the film grain and noise is still present, giving it has natural look as possible.<\/p>\n

The disc comes equipped with a standard but adequate DTS-HD Master Audio Mono track. As you can imagine, a movie like this doesn\u2019t need very much with dialogue coming across with good clarity and no apparent spots of pops, hisses or other flaws.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
