Instead, she makes contact with a spirit that calls itself DZ. As strange events begin to occur, Laine enlists others to help her determine DZ&#8217;s identity and what it wants. As the friends delve deeper, they find that Debbie&#8217;s mysterious death was not unique, and that they will suffer the same fate unless they learn how to close the portal they&#8217;ve opened.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>The Boy Next Door<\/em><\/strong><strong> (2015)<\/strong> \u2013 When a handsome, charming teenager named Noah (RYAN GUZMAN) moves in next door, newly separated high-school teacher Claire Peterson (JENNIFER LOPEZ) encourages his friendship and engages in a little bit of harmless &#8212; or so she thinks &#8212; flirtation. Although Noah spends much of the time hanging out with Claire&#8217;s son, the teen&#8217;s attraction to her is palpable. One night, Claire gives in to temptation and lets Noah seduce her &#8212; but when she tries to end the relationship, he turns violent.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Unfriended<\/em><\/strong><strong> (2014)<\/strong> \u2013 One night, while teenagers Blaire (SHELLEY HENNIG), Mitch (MOSES STORM), Jess (RENEE OLSTEAD), Adam (WILL PELTZ), Ken (JACOB WYSOKI) and Val (COURTNEY HALVERSON) take part in an online group chat session, they are suddenly joined by a user known only as &#8220;Billie227.&#8221; Thinking it&#8217;s just a technical glitch, the friends carry on their conversation&#8230; until Blaire begins receiving messages from someone claiming to be Laura Barns, a classmate who killed herself exactly one year prior. When a masked killer suddenly takes her life in a brutal attack, she once again magically wakes up in Carter&#8217;s dorm room unharmed. Once the game starts, it awakens something evil \u2014 a demon which forces the friends to share dark secrets and confront their deepest fears. The rules are simple but wicked \u2014 tell the truth or die, do the dare or die, and if you stop playing, you die. But as Ma&#8217;s hospitality starts to curdle into obsession, what began as a teenage dream turns into a terrorizing nightmare, and Ma&#8217;s place goes from the best place in town to the worst place on Earth.
